Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

DHH Digital Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to addressing complaints about content made available through Duke’s Hardcore Honeys promptly, fairly, and transparently. This policy explains how anyone may report content that may be illegal or may otherwise violate our Standards, how we review reports, the possible outcomes, and how decisions may be appealed.

1. Content Standards

Content must comply with applicable law, our Terms and Conditions, and the standards of our payment and service providers. Content must not:

  • be illegal or facilitate illegal activity;
  • depict or promote sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or any sexual content involving a minor;
  • depict a person without that person’s valid consent, or remain published after consent has become void under applicable law;
  • violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other legal rights; or
  • otherwise violate our Terms and Conditions or applicable payment-network requirements.

2. How to Submit a Complaint or Takedown Request

Any person may report content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards. Reports may be submitted through the CCBill complaints/takedown request form, through our Contact Team form, or by emailing admin@dukeshardcorehoneys.com.

Please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • the exact URL or another clear description identifying the content;
  • the reason the content is believed to be illegal or in violation of the Standards;
  • whether you are depicted in the content or are acting for someone who is depicted;
  • relevant supporting information or documents; and
  • a reliable way for us to contact you about the report.

A report may still be reviewed if some information is unavailable. We will request clarification when it is reasonably needed to investigate.

3. Review Process and Timing

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five business days of receipt. Our review process includes:

  1. logging the complaint and identifying the content at issue;
  2. assessing whether immediate restriction or removal is appropriate while the review is pending;
  3. reviewing the content, available source information, consent and release records where applicable, and relevant law and Standards;
  4. requesting information from the complainant, uploader, depicted person, or another relevant party when needed; and
  5. making a determination, taking appropriate action, and notifying the complainant using the contact information provided.

We protect the privacy of complainants and depicted persons to the extent reasonably possible, subject to legal obligations and the information required for a fair investigation.

4. Potential Outcomes

Depending on the evidence and circumstances, an investigation may result in one or more of the following:

  • the content remaining available because no violation was found;
  • correction, editing, age restriction, access restriction, or temporary disabling of the content;
  • permanent removal of the content and reasonable measures to prevent it from being uploaded again;
  • a warning, suspension, or termination of an account or contributor relationship;
  • preservation of relevant records and referral to a payment provider, service provider, or the proper authorities; or
  • another remedial action appropriate to the circumstances.

5. Rights of Persons Depicted in Content

Any person depicted in content on the site may request that the content be removed and may appeal any decision not to remove it. The request may be made through any reporting channel listed above and should state that the requester is depicted in the content.

If our investigation determines that valid consent was not given, or that consent is void under applicable law, the content will be removed. We may temporarily disable access to disputed content while consent or identity is being reviewed.

6. Appeals Procedure

A complainant, a person depicted in the content, or another directly affected person may appeal a decision by using the CCBill form, Contact Team form, or email address above. Please use the subject line “Content Removal Appeal” where possible and include:

  • the content URL or identifying information;
  • the date of the original complaint and any reference information;
  • the decision being appealed;
  • why the decision should be changed; and
  • any new evidence or information.

The appeal will be reviewed by a person who was not responsible for the original decision whenever reasonably possible. All internal appeals will be reviewed and resolved within five business days of receipt, and the appellant will be informed of the outcome.

If there is continuing disagreement regarding an appeal by a person depicted in the content, that person may request resolution by an independent, neutral third-party body. DHH Digital Media will permit and participate in that neutral review, will pay the neutral body’s reasonable fees, and will not require the depicted person to bear those fees. Where reasonably possible, the neutral body will be mutually agreed upon. The content may remain unavailable while that review is pending when appropriate. The timing of an external neutral review may depend on the neutral body’s procedures.

7. Human Sex Trafficking

DHH Digital Media does not condone human sex trafficking. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities. If anyone appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services without delay.

8. No Retaliation or Misuse

We will not retaliate against a person for making a good-faith complaint or appeal. Knowingly false, fraudulent, or abusive reports may be rejected and may lead to appropriate action, but a report will not be rejected merely because an investigation does not substantiate it.
