Hey Dukes, I emailed you tech support team last week and thereās no results nor a response from them in regards to getting me back online . Wasnāt the info I gave enough to verify that I did indeed pay for a presubscription? Why wonāt they atleast respond ,itās almost as if they are ignoring me . If you reached out to them twice,why havenāt they resolved this matter by now?
they reached out to you via email with a support ticket. check to see if you received it so we can best resolve the issue.
What I received was an email notice of cancellation of a 30 day subscription and a heart felt apology on behalf of DUKES.
when in fact I subscribed for 3 months.
Itās clear that b the support team and I arenāt on the same page.
I immediately responded with the same info supplied you with and like many times before they went silent.
This is seriously all messed up!!!!
It seems like they aināt even really trying to fix this bro.Please get at them and get them motivated because I been with you since 2020 and never before has this happened to me nor have I heard about something like this happening to any of my friends that follow you.
